Eugene Francis Loud (March 12, 1847 – December 19, 1908) was an American politician, lawyer, and merchant.
Born in Abington, Massachusetts, Loud went to sea and afterward settled in California.
He studied law, and served as a clerk in the customs service in San Francisco.
In April 1898, Loud was among the six representatives who voted against declaring war on Spain.
He remains were cremated and the ashes interred in the Odd Fellows Cemetery (which no longer exists).
