In 2007, a PERTIS machine was installed at the street entrance to the Tonbridge-bound platform.

The typical off-peak service is one train per hour in each direction between Redhill and Tonbridge.

A small number of additional services call at the station during the peak hours.

Five options are being looked at:[4] Metrobus route 409 serves the station providing connections to Selsdon, Caterham and East Grinstead.
