Hunts Run

It is approximately 0.5 miles (0.80 km) long and flows through Davidson Township.

[1] Hunts Run joins Sullivan Branch 1.68 miles (2.70 km) upstream of its mouth.

[3] Hunts Run is considered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to be impaired by atmospheric deposition due to metals and pH.

It was first recognized as impaired in 2002 and as of December 2011, the total maximum daily load date is 2015.

[4] The elevation near the mouth of Hunts Run is 1,624 feet (495 m) above sea level.

[6] A hiking trail passes near the lower reaches of Hunts Run.
