Lasana is a census-designated place (CDP) in Cameron County, Texas, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.82 square miles (2.13 km2), all land.

There were 44.4% of families and 36.0% of the population living below the poverty line, including 53.8% of under eighteens and 100.0% of those over 64.

Lasana is served by the Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District.
