Nové Veselí

Nové Veselí is a market town in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The northern half of the municipal territory lies within the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area.

Veselský Pond was created in the second half of the 16th century, probably by the Pernštejn family.

The main landmark of Nové Veselí is the Church of Saint Wenceslaus.
