In 2004, Fraley appeared as a guest star on Cartoon Network's The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy, Fox’s King of the Hill, and Nickelodeon's My Life as a Teenage Robot, The Fairly OddParents, and ChalkZone.
Fraley substituted for Tim Allen in the early years as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in various video and computer games, merchandise, attractions, and the Disney On Ice Disneyland Adventure.
