Pine Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania

The southeast border of the township follows Little Fishing Creek, which flows south towards the Susquehanna River.

The unincorporated community of Pine Summit is located in the southwestern part of the township, along Pennsylvania Route 442.

15.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.2% had someone living alone who was sixty-five years of age or older.

In the township the population was spread out, with 25.1% under the age of eighteen, 6.2% from eighteen to twenty-four, 30.9% from twenty-five to forty-four, 25.5% from forty-five to sixty-four, and 12.4% who were sixty-five years of age or older.

For every one hundred females who were aged eighteen or older, there were 100.0 males.
