Bliss spent the 2022 campaign with the High-A Hillsboro Hops, playing in 110 games and batting .214/.298/.343 with 10 home runs, 37 RBI, and 31 stolen bases.

[12] He began the 2023 season with the Double-A Amarillo Sod Poodles, hitting .358/.414/.594 with 12 home runs, 47 RBI, and 30 stolen bases across 68 games.
