Seth Conner (born January 29, 1992) is an American professional baseball coach.

He is the assistant hitting coach for the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB).

[3] Conner began his coaching career in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization in 2017.

[5] He was set to be the hitting coach for Great Lakes in 2020 before the cancellation of the Minor League Baseball season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

[7][8] On January 6, 2022, Conner was named the assistant hitting coach of the Texas Rangers.
