Vasum turbinellus is a species of gastropods belonging to the family Turbinellidae.

The shell is yellowish white and chestnut-black, stained and obscurely banded.

The border of the outer lip is black-spotted.

[2] The species is found in Western Africa, Indian Ocean, Malesia,the Philippines,Indonesia, New Caledonia, the South China Sea, Australia.

[1] Fossils have been found in Quaternary strata of Saudi Arabia (age range: 0.126 to 0.012 Ma).
