Zaalouk

Zaalouk or Zalouk[1] (Berber: ⵣⴰⵄⵍⵓⴽ Moroccan Arabic: زعلوك, romanized: zaʿlūk) is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplants and tomatoes.
