Dunean is a census-designated place (CDP) in Greenville County, South Carolina, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the Dunean CDP has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2), of which 1.87 acres (7,571 m2), or 0.19%, are water.
