Lochmoor Waterway Estates is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County, Florida, United States.

Lochmoor Waterway Estates is located in central Lee County at 26°38′46″N 81°54′47″W / 26.64611°N 81.91306°W / 26.64611; -81.91306 (26.646110, -81.912958),[6] on the west side of the tidal Caloosahatchee River, across from Fort Myers, the county seat.

There were 1,840 housing units at an average density of 825.0 per square mile (318.5/km2).

21.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
