McGregor is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County, Florida, United States.

It is part of the Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

A strong EF2 tornado struck the town on January 16, 2022, causing major damage.

It is bordered to the east by Whiskey Creek, to the southeast by Cypress Lake, and to the southwest by Iona, all unincorporated.

McGregor is bordered to the northwest by the tidal Caloosahatchee River, across which is the city of Cape Coral.
