The Mexican restaurant Sal Y Limón (Spanish for "salt and lemon")[1] operates in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, in a building called MarQueen.
[1] The menu includes pollo asado, seafood enchiladas, street tacos,[5] pozole and other stews, ceviche,[4] margaritas, and chips and salsa.
[7] The father and son team of Jesus and Alexis Magaña opened Sal Y Limón in 2018, in the space previously occupied by Ten Mercer.
[4] In 2023, Harry Cheadle, Charlie Lahud-Zahner, included the business in Eater Seattle's list of fourteen "mouth-watering" Mexican restaurants in the metropolitan area.
They called the green ceviche "balanced and generously portioned" and said the business "receives shockingly little recognition considering the breadth and consistent quality of its menu".
