The 2020–21 Xavier Musketeers men's basketball team represented Xavier University during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season as a member of the Big East Conference.

Led by third-year head coach Travis Steele, they played their home games at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

They lost in the first round of the Big East tournament to Butler.

7 seed in the Big East tournament, Xavier was defeated by DePaul in the first round.
