The 2021–22 CAF Confederation Cup group stage were played from 13 February to 3 April 2022.
The draw for the group stage was held on 28 December 2021, 11:00 GMT (13:00 local time, UTC+2), at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
The 16 winners of the play-off round of qualifying were drawn into four groups of four.
The winners and runners-up of each group advanced to the quarter-finals of the knockout stage.
