The road also forms the southern boundary of the Manila North Cemetery.

[4] The road passes through the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center and the Manila North Green Park before turning southeast in Sampaloc.

Amoranto Sr. Avenue, Laon Laan Road, and España Boulevard before terminating at G. Tuazon Street in Sampaloc, near its boundary with San Isidro (Galas), Quezon City.

The remaining section, considered its extension up to G. Tuazon Street, is unnumbered.

In June 2016, a major flood control project on this road was completed.
