Suriname competed at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile from October 20 to November 5, 2023.
The Surinamese team consisted of six athletes competing in four sports.

[3] Cyclist Jaïr Tjon En Fa won Suriname's first medal since the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada, representing a span of 24 years.
[5][6] Soren Opti, Suriname's only representative in the sport, won his first match before losing to number one seed Brian Yang of Canada.
